    No, seeking sports psychology assistance can be a way to improve performance, similar to training muscles.

    How long does sports psychology counseling usually take?

    Generally, 6 sessions will be set up first, each session can range from 25 to 50 minutes, and adjustments will be made after understanding the circumstances of the case.

    What could you do with only 25 minutes in athletic counseling?

    Sometimes athletes are busy with their schedule. Also athletes may need to get a quick review before competition. Therefore, 25 minutes could be effective session for improving the performance in a really short time. Items we conduct includes but not limited to quick review, breathing, imagery guiding, pre-performance routine. 

    I am not a sport lover, but I get nervous sometimes on presentation at work or on a music performance, Is sport psychology suitable to me?

    Yes certainly. Sport psychology could be effective to your situation. Its common to get nervous, anxious on presentation, exam, or even on a musical performance. Sport psychology basically helps with most situation that is related to performance. For example, miliary performance, E-sports performance, coaching.  

    I am not nervous on competition, but I want to improve my performance, is sport psychology situatable to me?

    Yes. Sport psychology is not just dealing with nervousness. We also provides skills in motor learning, for example, improve your attentional focus (e.g., how you observe better during competition), cognitive ability (e.g., reaction time), imagery (e.g,, cooperating with your physical training). There mind abilities are the key elements when you compete against with opponents with similar physical abilities.
